Before every stay, we hear a version of the same questions. So here they are, answered honestly — so you arrive with the right expectations and none of the uncertainty.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 11am. We use smart keyless entry — your personal door code is sent before you arrive and works independently of us, so there’s no waiting around for someone to show up with a key. If you need an early arrival or late checkout, reach out before your trip. We accommodate where we can.
Is the pool always heated?
Yes. The saltwater pool and hot tub are heated year-round. Pool temperature is maintained at a comfortable swimming temperature regardless of season — even in December and January when the nights cool down.
What’s in the kitchen?
Everything you’d expect in a properly stocked home kitchen: full-size stainless appliances, a good coffee maker, blender, full cookware and utensils. We stock a starter supply of coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The rest is yours to pick up from Publix, a short drive from the property.
Is parking included?
Yes — free off-street parking for every booking on our gated premises.
Can we bring a pet?
One small pet under 35lbs is welcome with prior written consent. Please mention it when you book. We can’t accommodate pets that weren’t pre-approved.
Is it good for families with young children?
Yes. Every bungalow is ground-floor, there are no stairs, and the full kitchen means you’re not reliant on restaurants for every meal. The beach is five minutes’ walk. The pool is private.
What’s the noise policy?
Bermuda Bungalows is a private, gated retreat. We ask guests to be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to reasonable levels after 10pm. It’s not a party venue — quiet evenings by the pool are part of the point.
How do I reach you during my stay?
We’re available 7:30am to 10pm every day. Message us directly and we’ll reply promptly. Real owner, real reply.
